APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Guildeline for Application Procedures

(Actions to be taken by Student)

STEP 1

i. Candidates need to purchase the PIN Number which is available from Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN)
ii. List of Programmes (CLICK HERE)

STEP 2

i. Candidates fill in the online application
ii. Application for Coursework (Application is open at mac/Sept Intake every year.)
iii. Application for Research (Application for Research Programmes can be made throughout the year.)

STEP 3

i. Printed Application Form
ii. National Identity Card (certified true copy).
iii. Degree / Master certificates (certified true copy).
iv. Examination Transcripts (certified true copy).
v. Referee Reports (CLICK HERE)
vi. Research Proposal (Only for research students)
vii. Send your hard copy of the following documents to respective FACULTY

STEP 4

* Selection will be carried out at the FACULTY

STEP 5

~ Faculty will inform Institute of Graduate Studies(IPSis) of the successful candidate/s

STEP 6

~ Candidate can check their application status online

STEP 7

~ Bring the offer letter and register on the date stated on the offer letter.
